The following Terms & Conditions apply to all reservations at The View Luxe.
• The View Luxe is an adults-only property (18+).
• A security deposit is required and processed as a temporary authorization (hold), not a charge.
• Private pools are used at the guest’s own risk. No lifeguard on duty.
• Only registered guests are permitted on the property. No visitors, parties, or events.
• Guests are responsible for damages, missing items, or excessive cleaning.
• Cancellations are subject to the policy selected at booking.
By completing a reservation, guests acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
