What time is check-in?
Igloos: Check-in is from 4:00 PM.
Suites: Check-in is from 3:00 PM.
We offer fully autonomous check-in. You can arrive at any time after your check-in time, as access is 100% self check-in with Smart Locks. No staff presence is required.
What time is check-out?
Igloos: Check-out is at 12:00 PM (noon).
Suites: Check-out is at 11:00 AM.
Are the pools private or shared with other guests?
No, our pools are not shared. Each suite has its own completely private pool with a heater, exclusively for that couple. Pools are not shared with any other guests.
When will I receive my check-in instructions and access codes?
You will receive your check-in instructions one day before your arrival, including a video that guides you through the process.
On the day of your stay, at 11:00 AM, you will receive your access codes along with the exact location and all details needed for your arrival.
Is The View Luxe an adults-only property?
Yes. The View Luxe is an adults-only property. All guests must be 18 years or older.
Will we have privacy during our stay?
Yes. Our suites are designed for privacy and relaxation. Each unit has its own private heated pool and outdoor area, separated from other suites, so you can enjoy your stay without being disturbed by other guests.
How far is The View Luxe from Rincón and nearby beaches?
We are approximately 12 minutes from Rincón town and its main beaches.
We are also about 30 minutes from Aguadilla Airport, 30 minutes from the beaches of Cabo Rojo, 45 minutes from Isabela, and around 1 hour from Guánica and the Bioluminescent Bay area.
What activities are available in the west side of Puerto Rico?
The west coast offers many activities such as beautiful beaches, horseback riding on the beach, snorkeling, rivers, boat tours, and more.
After booking, we send a digital guidebook where you can see all the main attractions and recommendations in detail.
How far are you from San Juan?
We are approximately 2.5 hours from San Juan International Airport (SJU) and about 30 minutes from Aguadilla Airport (BQN).
The route is very good and mostly by highway. The unique experience we offer with our views, privacy, and private heated pools is something you will not easily find in other areas, which makes the drive absolutely worth it.
Are you dog-friendly?
Yes, we are dog- friendly. Only dogs under 25 lbs are allowed, must be accompanied at all times. Additional fees may apply. No cats are allowed.
