Although it’s about 2.5 hours from Luis Muñoz Marín International Airport in San Juan, we’re just a 30-minute drive from Rafael Hernández International Airport in Aguadilla and only an hour from Mercedita International Airport in Ponce—giving you flexible travel options.
The journey to the hotel is an experience in itself, taking you through charming towns and stunning landscapes that showcase the true spirit of Puerto Rico. The roads are well-maintained, turning your drive into a scenic adventure and your first taste of Puerto Rican magic.

As we’re located in a beautiful rural mountain setting, it’s possible you may spot local wildlife such as birds, lizards, or even the occasional coquí (tree frog). Depending on the season, bugs may also appear — a natural part of staying so close to nature. We do our best to manage this, but it's part of the charm of being truly away from the city and surrounded by the outdoors.
?Transportation Recommendation:
Please note that Uber is not available at our location. While some taxi or transportation services may be available, they tend to be expensive. For maximum freedom and to truly enjoy the area, we highly recommend renting a car. This way, you can explore comfortably and at your own pace.

ADULTS ONLY PROPERTY: Please note that children, infants, and minors are not allowed on the property. Failure to respect this rule will result in the cancellation of the reservation and a $500 penalty fee.
? REGISTERED GUESTS ONLY
Only guests included in the reservation are permitted anywhere on the property at any time. Visitors are not allowed, even for a short period of time.
Pick-ups and drop-offs are welcome in the parking area only. Visitors may not enter the property or the suite.
Any violation of this policy may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation without a refund, removal from the property, and a $500 penalty per unauthorized visitor.
?Check Out time is strictly enforced. Our professional maintenance team will need all the time they can have to properly deep clean and disinfect the suite before each guest arrives. A fine of $300 will be charged if guests have not checked out by 11:00 AM.
?Pets are allowed if they weigh 25 pounds or less.
Cats are NOT allowed on the property. Some items are made of leather materials that could be damaged by their claws.
?NO SMOKING: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the suite even bathroom. The only one designated area for that is the deck area even pool AND with the suite door close. Otherwise, A smoking fee of $500 will be charged if violated.
No smoking on the sunbed. Please avoid damage charges.
?NO PARTIES OR EVENTS: No parties or events without prior consent from hosts. Exceeding this rule may result in immediate cancellation of booking or being expelled from the property without refunds.
?Quiet hours are from 9:00 pm to 8:00 am. Out of respect to the neighbors, please keep noise levels down during these hours. Loud Music is not allowed at any time.
?DRONES OVERFLIGHT: Drones overflight isn't allowed at the facilities; it'd can affect the privacity to our ther guests. We'll charge $500 as a fine.
?Subletting not allowed
?Towels and linens must only be used for their intended purpose. Stained towels/linens will be charged. Do not hang towels from the balcony.
✔ Cleaning service during the stay has a charge of $30 which includes changes of towels, light bathroom cleaning, sweeping, and mopping.
?If you plan to celebrate with champagne, please be careful when opening the bottle. It's mandatory to do so on the deck to prevent potential glass breakage or accidents, which could result in additional charges for damages to the property.
?Please, if you have used the lockbox key, remember to leave it inside once your stay ends.
Avoid key replacement fees ($75)
You’ll have full and private access to your suite, pool, terrace, kitchenette, bathroom, and private parking. No shared spaces — everything is just for you.
• For security reasons, the location pins with the exact address will be shared on the day of check-in at 11:00 a.m. Please avoid using the address provided by the app, as it may not be accurate and could lead you through very narrow roads. Follow the recommended route, and we’ll send it through the Airbnb chat.

THE VIEW LUXE HOTEL is nestled in a beautiful mountain setting surrounded by lush tropical nature, offering breathtaking views and a unique connection with the outdoors.
Because of this natural environment, guests may occasionally encounter insects and local wildlife commonly found in tropical areas. Our team performs regular pest control treatments, routine inspections, and preventive maintenance to minimize their presence. However, due to the surrounding environment, it is not possible to completely prevent insects or wildlife from occasionally entering the property.
To help prevent insects and wildlife from entering your suite, please keep all doors closed whenever possible.
At certain times of the year, bees or wasps may occasionally be seen around the glass pergolas. Please avoid disturbing them and keep the suite doors closed to help prevent them from entering your suite. If you need assistance, please contact our team.
